How it works
Ultra-fine needles make controlled micro-channels in the skin, which trigger your natural healing response and new collagen and elastin. During treatment we infuse a professional growth factor serum with botanical vitamin A, resveratrol and peptides to support repair.
Why we use the Exceed medical micro-needling pen
The pen matters as much as the technique, so we invested in Exceed – a medical-grade micro-needling device engineered in Germany by MT.DERM.
- A medical device. Exceed is TGA-approved in Australia, and in the US it is FDA-cleared to improve the appearance of facial acne scars.
- Straight in, straight out. A precision motor moves the needles vertically at 100–150 strokes per second, so they enter and leave the skin cleanly instead of dragging across it. That's gentler on the skin and more comfortable during treatment.
- Precise depth control. We set the needle depth for each area – lighter around the eyes and mouth, deeper for acne scars – so every pass does what it should and no more.
- Sterile, single-use needles. Every client gets a new sealed needle cartridge.
How many sessions you'll need
We recommend 3–6 treatments, 6–8 weeks apart, followed by maintenance sessions to keep skin firm and smooth.
Downtime and comfort
24–48 hours of redness or tightness, like mild sunburn. Mild prickling; numbing usually isn't needed. Zimmer cooling for comfort.
