Clinic policies
So every client has a safe, respectful and on-time visit.
Cancellations and no-shows
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change an appointment. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments incur a $26 fee.
New clients
All new clients start with a consultation. The $53 fee is redeemable toward any treatment within 3 months.
Feeling unwell
If you're unwell, please reschedule with 24 hours' notice. We don't treat anyone who may be contagious. Late cancellations due to illness still incur the fee.
Children
For safety, children and infants can't come into the clinic. Please arrange childcare – appointments with children present will be rescheduled.
Clients under 18
A parent or legal guardian must attend and stay in the room for the whole treatment.
Punctuality
Arriving late may shorten your treatment or mean rescheduling, with fees applied.
Pricing
Prices may change to reflect supply and operating costs.
Respect
We have zero tolerance for abusive, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour.
