Clinic Policy

At Fresh Start Laser, we have some important clinic policies that we kindly ask you to observe:​
 

• Our cancelation, no show and penalties fees are $25.00.
   

• Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a fee.
   

• No Children and Infant Policy. For safety reasons, we do not allow children and infants at our clinic. Please arrange childcare before your appointment, as we cannot be held responsible for their safety. You will be asked to reschedule if you bring your children and fees apply.
   

• If you are unwell, please do not attend your appointment. Provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for rescheduling in such cases. Failing to alert the clinic within less than 24hrs, results in a fee.
   

• We are not liable for any lost or damaged property. Please keep your belongings with you or in your bag and place them on the door hooks and table provided.
   

• Arrive on time to ensure the full duration of your appointment. Late arrivals risk a shortened appointment or possible cancellation, with applicable fees.
   

• Prices for treatments and products may be subject to change.
   

• If anyone under 18 years of age is having treatments at our clinic, a parental guardian must be present at all times.
   

• Abusive behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated. Any such behaviour may result in immediate removal from the premises, and we reserve the right to involve the police if necessary.
